Moldovan government set up Cybersecurity Coordinating Council

Chisinau, May 8 /MOLDPRES/ - Government decided today to set up Cybersecurity Coordinating Council to ensure a secure and resilient digital environment in the context of speeding up Moldova's digital transformation.
The Council will play a key role in drafting and implementing the National Cybersecurity Strategy, as well as other policy and planning documents. It will also coordinate developing and implementing the National Cyber Incident Response Plan.
The Council will also help protect the interests of citizens, state institutions and private sector from evolving cyber threats.
