New state secretary appointed at finance ministry

Chisinau, Oct 30 /MOLDPRES/- Alina Certan is the new state secretary at the Finance Ministry. She was appointed under today's government decision.

The proposal was presented at the cabinet meeting by Finance Minister Victoria Belous. Alina Certan holds a degree in economics and has extensive experience in the private and public sectors. She worked for about five years in the private sector and 12 years in the public sector, including in managerial positions.

Alina Certan will replace Vladimir Arachelov, who has submitted a request for resignation, accepted by the government.

Today, the cabinet decided to appoint Daniela Elenciuc as head of the governing board of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Education and Research. Mihai Onoi has been appointed Vice-President of the same institution.
