Presidential Elections 2024 // Alexandr Stoianoglo addressing voters on last day of campaigning

Chisinau, Nov. 1 /MOLDPRES/- Presidential candidate Alexandr Stoianoglo addressed voters on the last day of the electoral campaign. Supported by the Party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova (PSRM), Stoianoglo addressed including voters of candidates who do not have access to the runoff.

"Dear citizens and voters of candidates who do not have access to the runoff. The electoral campaign is coming to an end. Each of you has invested not only a vote but also a dream, a belief in the values you represent. I recognize the contribution of each candidate and believe that many of their visions and projects deserve to be integrated. As President, I am committed to transforming the solutions proposed by all those who have fought for a better Moldova into concrete initiatives for citizens.

I promise that if I am elected President, these programs will become an essential platform for dialogue. On November 3, the people of Moldova will make the final decision on which direction the country will take next - will it continue its path dominated by hysteria, empty promises and endless searches for enemies of the people, or will it choose the path of strengthening political forces on behalf of the Republic of Moldova. Will we continue the mass exodus and impoverishment of the population, or will we finally succeed in embarking on the path of modernization and real development of the country. The answers depend on the civic maturity and patriotism of each of you.

Dear electors, I am not a politician ideologically affiliated to any political doctrine or party. I will be an apolitical, balanced president and a faithful servant of the Constitution. My goal is security, peace and the well-being of Moldova, not politics. I will be a true president of all and will never divide people and society. My candidacy is a firm commitment to build a Moldova where every voice is heard and every community is supported. I will put an end to divisions and propose a genuine European model where the state serves the citizen and not political interests.

I am addressing you not just to ask for your vote but to unite for justice. The justice that the Republic of Moldova and its citizens deserve. Please stand with me on November 3 and then four years ahead," Stoianoglo said.

On 3 November, the runoff election will take place in the Republic of Moldova. Current President Maia Sandu, backed by the Action and Solidarity Party, and Alexandr Stoianoglo, Socialist candidate, will fight for the post of head of state.
