Chisinau, 5 November /MOLDPRES/ - Citizens will be able to schedule through the EVO applications for the services provided by diverse public institutions, without additional visits and waiting time. This will be possible, after the Economic Development and Digitalization Ministry and the Electronic Governance Agency today informed the launch of a new module within the EVO application.
The module of schedulings is integrated with the national platform of www.programari.gov.md and includes, for the beginning, 15 services, provided by three public institutions. It is about the Foreign Affairs Ministry (12 services provided by 32 embassies and consulates), National Agency of Archives (two services) and the Organization for Entrepreneurship Development (one services provided by two bureaus).
Deputy PM Dumitru Alaiba said that the list of providers of services was to be extended. ‘’This module is a new benefit made available to the citizens, meant to simplify their lives and save the time. We are set to fully redefine the way the citizens interact with the state and we do this with determined steps. The list of services will continue increasing, as the integrations are finished. In the end, we are set that each citizen schedule easily for any public service and manages his/her interaction with the state at any time and from everywhere, directly by phone, through EVO,’’ Dumitru Alaiba said.
The EVO application was launched in Moldova in the last summer. The application provides access to digital acts, information about citizens and businesses, possibility to make payments for diverse services. The citizens need the electronic signature for access to all EVO’s functionalities.
