Civil servants from Moldova learn from German experts about accession to EU

Chisinau, 25 November /MOLDPRES/ - The head of the Bureau for European Integration (BIE), Ghenadie Marian, along with the BIE deputy head, Rodica Jereghi, as well as 20 civil servants from Chisinau on 25-30 November are in Berlin, Germany, where they participate the training programme, Strengthening of the capacities of the public service from Moldova for the accession to the European Union.
The event, organized by the Hertie School University from Berlin, in partnership with the State Chancellery, with the financial support of the Soros Moldova Foundation and the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) Moldova, brings together more international experts.
Among the subjects analyzed, there are: management of EU funds and consolidation of the capacities of absorption in the process of accession to the European Union; integrity and the rule of law state – essential conditions in the reform processes; enforcement by the government of the Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
The goal of the courses is to train the public administration, so that it turns more efficient and fully involved in the European integration way of Moldova.
