Experts in vine growing, wine-making sectors of Moldova learn how to develop wine brand, sustainable business

Chisinau, 25 November /MOLDPRES/ - Over 50 professionals from the vine growing and wine making sectors have participated in a course titled, International wine market: how to efficiently build a wine brand and a sustainable business.
The course, held at the end of the last week, was organized by the Rural Competitiveness and Resilience Activity in Moldova Project of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) within the Wine of Moldova Academy, an initiative of the National Office of Vine and Wine, developed with the support of USAID projects.
„This course brought to the forefront practical solutions and strategies enforced for the promotion of Moldovan wines on the international market, thus contributing to the enhancement of the industry’s visibility and success,’’ USAID said.
At the event, Robert Joseph, renowned international expert and creator of the success brand Le Grand Noir, which annually sells 3.5 million bottles in over 65 countries, gave the participants possibility to directly learn from one of the most influential professionals of the wine industry.
The Wine of Moldova Academy is set to contribute to the enhancement of the competitiveness of industry, development of the skills of the labour force and promotion of the innovation of the vine growing and wine making sector.
