Ukrainian air company opens operational base in Chisinau, with eight destinations for next summer

Chisinau, 11 December /MOLDPRES/ - A partnership between the Chisinau International Airport (AIC) and the SkyUp Airlines provides for the opening of the operational base in Chisinau and the launch of eight destinations for the 2025 summer season.  

Following negotiations between AIC and the SkyUp Airlines, the latter will open an operational base in Chisinau, where two Airbus A320 airships will be provided.  

The air company will launch eight new destinations starting from the 2025 summer season. Passengers will be able to travel to France, Greece, Cyprus, Portugal and Spain. The tickets are already available on the website www.skyup.aero

SkyUp Airlines is an international brand with Ukrainian roots, which started its operations in Ukraine in 2018 and quickly became one of the principal air operators from this country. Since the unleashing of the war, the company has been focused on ACMI and charter flights, actively extending its presence in Europe.
