Moldova to have new ambassadors to Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria

Chisinau, Dec. 18 /MOLDPRES/- Moldova will have new ambassadors to Poland, Hungary and Bulgaria. Violeta Agrici will be appointed as Moldova's Ambassador to the Republic of Poland, Emil Jacotă will be appointed Ambassador to Bulgaria and Mihail Barbulat to Hungary. The draft was approved today by the Government.

The new nominations were proposed after the Government accepted the recall of Igor Bodiu from the post of Ambassador to Poland, Oleg Țulea from the post of Ambassador to Hungary and Anatol Ciubuc from the post of Ambassador to Bulgaria.

Also today, the Government appointed Vladimir Cuc, Ambassador of the Republic of Moldova to Switzerland, to the position of Ambassador to the Principality of Liechtenstein, residing in Geneva, and Ambassador of our country to Austria, Victoria Roșa, to the position of Ambassador to Slovakia, residing in Vienna.

At the same time, Gabriela Moraru, Ambassador to the Czech Republic, will be our country's Ambassador to the Holy See, residing in Prague.

The government has also decided to appoint Ruslan Bolboceanu, Ambassador to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, as permanent representative of our country to the International Maritime Organization, while Sergiu Odainic, Ambassador of the Republic of Moldova to Canada, will represent our country at the International Civil Aviation Organization.

The cabinet also decided to appoint Adrian Popescu as Consul General in Milan, Italy.
