Moldovan minister on phone with his Romanian counterpart

Chisinau, Dec 24 /MOLDPRES/- Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs Mihai Popșoi had a telephone conversation with new Romanian Foreign Minister Emil Hurezeanu today. The two officials agreed to deepen the strategic partnership between the Republic of Moldova and Romania for the benefit of the citizens of both countries.
Popșoi invited his Romanian counterpart to pay an official visit to Moldova in the near future.
"I congratulated him on taking office as foreign minister and wished him every success in his work. I also invited him to pay an official visit to the Republic of Moldova in the near future. I reaffirmed the solid bilateral relations between the Republic of Moldova and Romania, based on friendship and mutual trust. We also expressed our gratitude for Romania's constant support and emphasized the essential contribution to Moldova's European path", said Popșoi.
