President congratulated Jewish community on Hanukkah

Chisinau, Dec 25 /MOLDPRES/- Congratulations to Jewish community, which as of today and for the next eight days is celebrating Hanukkah - beautiful holiday of lights and a symbol of faith, hope and solidarity, says a message signed by Moldovan President Maia Sandu.

"This holiday is an opportunity to talk once again about our society, the importance of community solidarity, mutual respect, tolerance and protection of peace in the country and the world. Hag Hanukkah Sameach!", the head of state said.
