Chisinau, Dec. 30 /MOLDPRES/- Prime Minister Dorin Recean today called for revising the legislation on nationalization so that strategic assets can be recovered.
"We must do our homework in order to get rid of any instrument of blackmail for good. In this context, Mrs. Justice Minister Mihailov-Moraru, please, in the next three weeks, revise all legislation on nationalization, so that we can act in a special way where we have strategic assets, which by the way have been taken over by force and blackmail. We must recover our assets", Prime Minister Dorin Recean said at today's cabinet meeting.
At the same time, the Prime Minister also referred to the alleged debt of 700 million dollars for gas, noting that "this debt does not exist". "Many things have happened in Moldovan politics, but I think this is the first time we have politicians who blame their own country for problems created from abroad. This is the first time that these buffoons and political speculators of Kremlin here in Chisinau are trying to put pressure on the government to accept to put on the shoulders of the citizens a debt of over 700 million dollars. This debt does not exist. It may have been spent on yachts, on vacations, but it has not been spent by the citizens of the Republic of Moldova. A so-called savior of the situation will be identified. It is a kind of competition: who is more vocal and obedient," said Recean.
