Moldovan Superior Council of Magistracy transfers six judges to North Court of Appeal

Chisinau, 30 December /MOLDPRES/ - The members of the Superior Council of Magistracy (CSM) today ruled to temporarily transfer six judges to the North Court of Appeal.
According to the quoted source, magistrates Aurelia Andronache, Alina Țihonschi, Radu Holban, Ludmila Iarmaliuc, Svetlana Ghercavîi, Cristina Prisacari will temporarily work at the North Court of Appeal.
The judges transferred will start working on 13 January 2025.
Also, CSM today approved more applications on the resignation of judges from courts of appeal.
