Moldovan Superior Council of Magistracy transfers three judges to South Court of Appeal

Chisinau, 30 December /MOLDPRES/ - The members of the Superior Council of Magistracy (CSM) have temporarily transferred three judges to the South Court of Appeal, recently reorganized from the Cahul Court of Appeal and Comrat Court of Appeal.
Under the CSM’s decision, starting from 13 January 2025, magistrate Valeri Hudoba, transferred from the Comrat Court, Inga Gorlenco and Evgheni Bancov, both transferred from the Cahul Court, will work at the South Court of Appeal. Also, the CSM members today approved more applications on resignation of judges from these courts.
Also at the today’s meeting, the CSM plenum ruled to temporarily transfer six judges to the North Court of Appeal.
The positions of magistrate which remained vacant at the Courts of Appeal will be filled by contest.
