PAS candidate spoke to Bubuieci inhabitants about goals of Plan for Moldova

Chisinau, Oct 2 /MOLDPRES/- Maia Sandu, candidate of the Action and Solidarity Party (PAS) for President of the Republic of Moldova, on 2 October discussed with several residents of Bubuieci village, Bîc and Humulești villages. Maia Sandu spoke about the projects carried out in the localities under the European Village program, which "show the benefits of record investments in local infrastructure".
The candidate referred to the projects implemented in Bîc village. They concern the construction and renovation of educational institutions in the locality.
"We all want to have modern villages and towns, as we see in the EU - this is the direction we are going in. The first kindergarten, which is being built from scratch in the village of Bîc through the European Village program, where 10 million lei have already been invested, as well as the renovation of sanitary blocks in the high school and kindergarten in Bubuieci with the support of the Ministry of Education, are ongoing projects that clearly demonstrate the benefits of record investments in local infrastructure," Maia Sandu said.
The PAS candidate presented some of the objectives of the Plan for Moldova, which aim to "improve living conditions".
"The objectives of my Plan for Moldova - free food for all pupils in grades 1-9, repairing all polyclinics in the country, allocating 8 billion lei for infrastructure projects, repairing 3,000 km of roads - all these are aimed at improving living conditions in Moldova, so that people stay at home and the diaspora wants to return," Maia Sandu said.
Maia Sandu is running for second term as President of the Republic of Moldova, nominated and supported by PAS. Eleven electoral candidates are running in the presidential elections.
The presidential elections and the republican constitutional referendum will take place on 20 October.
