Chisinau International Airport starts works of repair of aircraft parkings on platform of passengers' embarkment-disembarkment

Chisinau, 29 October /MOLDPRES/ - The Chisinau International Airport today initiated works of repair of the aircraft parkings on the platform of embarking -disembarking of passengers.

According to the Airport’s administration, the works of repair of parkings, as well as of the taxiway on the old platform of passengers’ embarking-disembarking started.

The works are necessary, in order to ensure the flights’ safety, as well as for the prolongation of the duration of exploitation and protection of surfaces against precipitation.

Works of maintenance of the Airport’s main runway 08/26 were carried out in the last summer.

The Chisinau International Airport returned to the state’s management in the spring of 2023.
