Moldovan MPs to convene at plenary meeting on 15 November

Chisinau, 13 November /MOLDPRES/ - The MPs will convene at a plenary meeting on 15 November starting from 10:00. The parliament’s standing bureau today completed the meeting’s agenda.   

Thus, the lawmakers are to ratify two agreements with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the World Bank, which regard the modernization of the waste management infrastructure in more settlements of Moldova, as well as the equal and non-discriminatory access of schools to technical grants.    

The MPs will consider, in the first reading, a draft law on the record of urban networks. They will also examine amendments to the Contravention Code, which regard the procedure of the imposing of the sanction of warning, as well as the ones which regard the digitalization of the process of documentation and enforcement contraventions.  

In the second reading, the lawmakers will consider the Law on the energy vulnerability reduction fund.
