One more candidate passes external evaluation for office of member of College of Superior Council of Prosecutors in Moldova

Chisinau, 13 November /MOLDPRES/ - Lawyer Sergiu Besliu has passed the evaluation of his candidacy for the office of member of the College for the selection and evaluation of the prosecutors subordinated to the Superior Council of Prosecutors (CSP).

The commission for evaluation of prosecutors has established the meeting by the candidate of the civil society of the criteria of ethic and financial integrity provided for in the legislation.

The decision was submitted to the candidate and CSP.

In all, 32 candidates for the offices of member of the College for the selection and evaluation of the prosecutors and of the College for discipline and ethics subordinated to CSP were put forward to the Commission for evaluation. Seventeen decisions have been adopted so far.
