Register to be set up in Moldova to keep track of building networks

Chisinau, Nov. 15 /MOLDPRES/- A register will be created in the Republic of Moldova to keep track of building networks. A draft law was adopted today by the parliament.

The document stipulates to register electricity, natural gas, water supply and sewage, storm sewage, thermal, electronic communications, water supply and sewage networks, as well as their protection zones and prohibitions/restrictions related to protection zones.

The list of building networks to be recorded shall exclude transportation infrastructure - roads, railways, facilities and equipment located on airport territory.

The holder of the register will be the Real Estate Cadastre and its owner will be the Agency for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre, which will ensure the legal, financial and organizational conditions for the creation, administration, maintenance and development of the register.
